This expansion, which was funded through the Special Needs Housing Trust Fund and Bergen County HOME funds, is a two-family house located in Hackensack, NJ for 6 individuals with special needs. The property was completely renovated and amenities include hardwood floors, ceramic tile baths, new kitchens, and a fully accessible 1st floor.
State Rental Assistance Program project-based vouchers were awarded for SLP Expansion by the Department of Community Affairs. Support services which were awarded through the Division of Mental Health Services and are provided by Advance Housing, Inc.
