SEED, Corp. provides comprehensive, professional asset management services for its owned properties.
Asset management services include ensuring compliance with county, state, and federal grants, and, where applicable, licensure for properties. All properties are managed in compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
Properties are managed at all times to ensure they are a community asset and good neighbor. SEED, Corp. provides comprehensive, professional property management services for its owned properties in six counties in northern New Jersey. (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, and Sussex counties)
Property management services include marketing and lease-up, maintenance, grounds keeping, and accounting and financial management. All eligible tenants undergo a routine screening process that can include but is not limited to face-to-face interview with the property manager, income and employment verification, criminal background checks, and landlord references.
Tenants hold their own lease and must comply with the property’s rules and policies.
