Romeo
Romeo — SEED, Corp. is again partnering with for-profit developer, Nouvelle Associates to develop 10 units of new construction adjacent to the Juliet project in Sussex County, NJ. This is a project that will help meet the Township’s affordable housing needs.
HoST III
HoST III — SEED, Corp. is in the process of developing Advance Housing's HoST III project. The project has been awarded capital funding and is in the process of site identification.
Juliet
Juliet — SEED, Corp. is partnering with a for-profit developer in Sussex County to provide 11 units of affordable housing, with 3-4 units set aside for homeless families. Interfaith Hospitality Network will provide the supportive services to the homeless families.
Demarest Farms of Lafayette
SEED, Corp. will be developer of ten (10) affordable rental units in Lafayette, NJ for individuals with special needs. This project is a COAH collaboration with the Township of Lafayette and will assist the Township in meeting their affordable housing obligation. The project will adaptively re-use an existing barn structure into permanent affordable housing.
