SEED, Corp. owns and manages Jersey City TWO. The property was acquired in December of 2007. Jersey City TWO was completely rehabilitated in 2006 and features hardwood floors, ceramic tile baths, and new appliances.
The property is located in Jersey City, an urban small city in Hudson County. The building is a two story brick building with 4 units, 2 one bedroom units and 2 two bedroom units.
The property provides permanent supportive housing to 6 Adults with Special Needs. The supportive services for the Jersey City TWO will be provided by Jersey City Medical Center’s Behavioral Health program.
A part-time Facility Maintenance person was hired to keep the physical property in top condition.
SEED, Corp. maintains and operates the property so that it is indistinguishable from market rate housing. Maintenance, janitorial, and grounds keeping staff are hired and/or contracted to keep the physical property in top condition. Emergency maintenance is available to residents 24 hours per day seven days a week. Property staff follows pre-set schedules for routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements. Facilities maintenance inspects the properties to ensure they meet housing quality standards. Properties are managed at all times to ensure the property is a community asset and good neighbor.
