SEED, Corp. was awarded $840,000 in HUD McKinney money to develop Essex Cares I, 9 units of affordable housing located throughout Essex County, NJ for homeless individuals. The buildings have been completed rehabilitated and feature new kitchens and bathrooms. SEED, Corp. has partnered with The University of Behavioral Medicine through The University of Medicine and Dentistry for the supportive housing services.
